Saints are a strange concept to some and completely dismissed by others. However, we as recipients of irrefutable truth, the Orthodox Christians, have direct experience with those Holy Spirit filled people who give us a real example of how we can live a God pleasing life.

This book provides valuable insights about St. Nektarios’ life which you may not find elsewhere. My wife quickly read this book and was constantly telling me some fascinating new detail about St Nektarios that she previously did not know.

I have yet to finish this book, but what I have read thus far, I have definitely enjoyed and look forward to completing it. Truly, St Nektarios is a miracle worker and brilliant theologian as well. I highly recommend this book as well as his many other writings, including Christology and Repentance & Confession which are available through this bookstore.

This man has touched my heart, and I am not an Orthodox Christian. He is truly a saint. Such humility. Such wisdom. Such a demonstration of how to turn the other cheek and to live the Gospel of Our Beloved Lord Jesus Christ Our Lord.
